PROJECT ENGINEER
The primary purpose of the Project Engineer is to assist the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure successful completion of a job. The Project Engineer reports to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent, as directed.
PROJECT MANAGER
The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to manage the staff and resources involved/related to projects to ensure quality work is performed in a timely and cost-effectivemanner. The Project Manager reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.
CARPENTER
The primary purpose of the Carpenter is to provide acceptable trade skills necessary to meet project requirements and completion timeframes. The Carpenter reports to the Self-Perform Foreman.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
The primary purpose of the Senior Project Manager is to manage the overall planning, completion, and financial outcome of construction management projects. The Senior Project Manager reports to The Director of Operations.
SUPERINTENDENT
The primary purpose of the Superintendent is to oversee, manage and direct all aspects of a project from beginning to end. The Superintendent reports to the Director of Operations.
